- Damage from misuse, competition, unauthorised modifications/tuning, accidents or insurable risks
Service and Maintenance
Service your vehicle with any licensed and approved mechanic Australia wide. To maintain warranty:
- Follow the recommended schedule
- Keep service records
- Use genuine or Autogroup-approved parts and fluids
- Minor service: every 10,000 kilometres
- Major service: every 40,000 kilometres
Complimentary non-fluid service parts for the first 40,000 kilometres supplied for items like filters, belts, wiper blades and spark/glow plugs.

Australian Consumer Law
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain in effect, and our warranty operates in addition to these legal guarantees. Major failures may entitle you to extra remedies.
EV & Hybrid Components
Coverage includes high voltage battery packs, drive units, chargers, converters and charge port components, validated using approved methods and our written EV annex. Unauthorised high voltage work is not permitted.
Towing, Commercial Use & Off Road
Tow within rated limits and ADR-compliant ratings. Vehicles may be used off-road. Overloading, misuse or competition use is excluded. Keep records if towing commercially.
Remote Area Support
For breakdowns in hard-to-reach locations, our technical managers consult with local repairers using remote diagnostics, documentation and deep experience. In critical cases and at our discretion, our fly-in engineer capability may be activated - ensuring help is never far away.
Accessories & Upgrades
Factory-fitted and Autogroup-approved accessories installed by us or approved repairers are covered. Unapproved, incorrectly installed aftermarket accessories or non-ADR compliant accessories/upgrades may affect coverage. For certainty:

Transfer to a New Owner

VIN, Odometer reading, Fault description and Warning messages
We arrange inspection, diagnosis and, if covered, repair using genuine/approved parts. Approved repairers are paid directly. Diagnostic costs are covered for confirmed faults. Approvals, dispatch, and communication are prioritised for minimal downtime.
